  1. Hold the Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE)/O ’Level or its equivalent with passes in at least 5 subjects obtained at the same sitting.
  2. Have at least 2 Principal passes of the UACE/A ‘Level or its equivalent taken obtained at the same sitting, secured in the current year or previous two years.
